✭Awesome! Just for anyone else that may have the same question down the road:
The FX menu is anchored to the "EHT" button below it. To move either window, just Left Click + Hold the "EHT" button to drag it to wherever you would like.

No that's a serious issue. They start out way too bright. Gotta use the color bars to reduce brightness and it'll look a lot more natural.1
