P.S. Despite how my message may sound, I think this a good event and I like that they have also added a good cause to it.
During the Summerset event I worked hard to stop it from reaching 100%...

Hopefully there are more players around now to participate. I say that because the Steam figures are up, and so the players who said the game was dying when the Steam figures were down will now presumably be celebrating the game's revival!
So visiting the dragon rise web site, I saw what initially looked like amazing progress towards the community goals.
49% in two days meant we had till the end of the weekend before goal complete.
Then I read this...
Seemingly innocent the highlighted phrase shows us that every pathfinder achievement since June has only added up to 49%. Meaning we have 9 days from this post to accumulate more then double the amount of pathfinders since June in order to get the sweet pile of loot.
Meaning we should tell everyone to hurry and get pathfinder or no one if it hardly counts towards the progression.
Correct me if anyone knows how it works and can give a better estimate of the completion. Because right now it appears as if were not going flinch the objectives.

Yep. As with the Summerset event, I assume that a marketing/psychology team pre-calculated the levels to hit each day, in order to spur hype the best, and have it finish. That's part of why it's just a vaguely-defined "percentage" meter - there's no actual numbers for anyone to see, so they can fudge it however they want.
