Hello Forum folks!
I just finished another character last night...well at least grinded her to 50 and now the real fun begins (and no I refuse to pay for undaunted, mages etc...just my choice).
When I first started playing ESO I stuck with one character for a while before I bucked up and started making others (now I have 16 as of today between 2 different servers

). Each one is special and has their own story.
Most everyone knows the feeling of the new character grind and how slow it initially may feel. Over time we all get a routine down grabbing mages, fighters, crafting a few training gear sets for multiple levels, etc... and then you're off to your favorite grind locations.
Shortly after my second character (which was a beautiful high elf sorcerer; I still adore her) I knew I had an annoying feeling that put me off to making a third. Then it occurred to me. Out of all the new what pis**d me off more than anything was my slow AF mount.
Now I know most mitigate that feeling with rapids but once you get half way or so through your grind you need that room for important skills/atls that must be leveled. From then on I started making characters months ahead of time solely to upgrade my mounts. Now I don't wait until fully maxed but a good even distribution between speed & stamina. This routine has put me at ease and if anything subconsciously I feel like I'm leveling faster (even though I'm not, lol).
I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who may do this so if you do this too rock on! Nothings better than the day you finally reach your 60/60/60
