Dont see the point in streem sniping. U do not win in surprising someone in eso. If that was the point, nightblades would win the majority of there battles. U attack and win If u play better. Stream sniping is a bigger problem in other game genres, but i wouldnt care if U "streamsnipe" me in this game

I believe you give up your "rights" when you stream it to the world. you put yourself on the 3rd party and so put yourself at the disadvantage. although its debatable that's a disadvantage, since there is no "oh he is about to block save my ulti" its just where you are on the map.

seems a silly question. If you stream you should expect this kind of thing, not try to bust someone because they want to beat you in a video game.

the exception is if you could argue its harassment. but if he is just pvping you well sorry but that's pvp. if they are spamming your messages or saying mean things then maybe

Is it against TOS to evade a game ban by buying another account after sending childish, demeaning, and vaguely racist whispers to every player whom killed said player? Asking for a friend.

By streaming, you're saying "give me attention." Getting that attention isn't against TOS. If you want to be sneaky, maybe don't show the world where you are and what you're doing?
