In fact this is scheduled downtime, much like WoW has had since 2003.
South Africa? Its the same time in other weird places, like central Europe.Daethzb14_ESO wrote: »Early morning USA is not prime.

With much respect, the USA is not the only country in the world. It is currently 7:25PM in South Africa [BST]. How much more than prime time is that?

That server status is quite a funny place. It has posts from earlier today, that say the server is already up. Which is not.
This is priceless. a troll bitching at a troll, then proceeding to troll just like the previous troll he was bitching at, simply with more words and actually insulting the OP.You should call them and get your money back.
Vlas, the never-ending troll of ESO's forums. Please stop posting on here...
To the issue at hand, servers are down until later today, nothing you can do about it, stop whining and go do something else. It's that easy really. If you really have nothing else to do then whine about the servers being down, you probably need to revise your priorities in life.
Btw its NA server so they are doing it in east time for the North America country'sDaethzb14_ESO wrote: »Early morning USA is not prime.

The person isn't playing on a NA server, she/he is playing on a EU server, and with a couple of hundred thousand if not even millions of users they could afford to have maintenance people working odd hours to fit EU times.JessieColtub17_ESO wrote: »Daethzb14_ESO wrote: »Early morning USA is not prime.

Except that he probably is playing on the EU server which should be located in the EU to begin with. It already sucks that we have to deal with latency related issues due to the server being in the US but on top of that ZOE decides to be a *** and to shut servers down during our prime time just cos they feel like it.
FFS guys, stop screwing with the region that generates most of your income.

Every time they take the server down for an entire day like this they should extend our sub-time the same length of the downtime and add it back on the timer. Only fair.
