[Bug] I still cannot open my Addons settings in-game

The addons I have installed (I disabled all of them + the Libraries after I took the above image)

When I have only ONE addon enabled, Dressing Room

Try clicking in the search box (next to the little magnifying glass icon the addon settings window).

That brings up the addon settings for me.

Same here. This is new to the current phase of PTS, and hasn’t happened before as far as I know.

Try deleting the AddOns folder and see if the game will re-generate a clean one for you. Also the Saved Variables folder. And maybe do a Repair on the whole installation as well.

Dismiss it. Click onto the search field and try typing the name of the addon. It will bring it up.
