1.) Yes but with the minor brutality, you and your allies get a 30% increase to stamina based damage.
2.). Makes no difference whether it’s a skill or passive. It will always have the buffs.

Never said it was a good skill.
Just pointing out it has great passives like Betty Netch which you seem to have an issue with.

I actually think the new Dive and Fetcher Infection are nice but are pretty weak overall... Dive also has it's own issues... Heavily telegraphed and very slow... so easy to avoid. You're better off using a generic spammable that offers instant damage.

You (devs) are constantly going on about how overloaded abilities need to be toned down- but now you're giving Wardens a (free) passive purge on cast and every five seconds after on an ability that also restores stamina or magicka, as well as granting Major Sorc/Brutality?
Purge should only be on cast and not every five seconds.
