First off it should be melee range not some weird mid range skill that doesn’t synergize with any other skill that a stamDK would slot. Second the weave feels awful the animations need to be redone. Third, 20k stam and 6 GCD for a stun what???? Also it looks like you’re flinging 💩 at your enemy what happened to the poison theme? Now it’s rocks I don’t get it.
Why praise Zeni for a half baked idea when all they really did was change the cost and color from blue to green. if It actually worked well I’d be more optimistic about other skill changes.
So, you know what build is going to be the strongest after next patch? Please tell us, or are you talking in angry forum-speak.

Can you confirm that not only does the stun not proc until the 6th cast, but that the target must not have CC immunity at the time of this 6th cast? However, if the target is CC immune during the 6th cast, the stacks will persist until the target is stunned? Also, does any stun whatsoever from any caster remove the stacks, or only a Stonefist stun?
Im not 5 or an orc so i gave up throwing rocks years ago.

and NO! it's not a start it's an insult
Many who have advocated the #stamwhip meme for the last couple years, may have seen me mention this would be the better alternative. I'm glad to see this happening, even though I dislike the nerfs to overall damage and the fact that rotations are being made more expensive AGAIN.
Beyond having a class spammable, the REAL benefit from this is that stamina Dragonknights will be able to make use of their Earthen Heart passives. Sustain has long been an issue for Dragonknights and gaining stamina from a class spammable via Helping Hands will be a great change. Additionally, Dragonknights have two of the most expensive ultimates and rely on their ultimates for sustain via Battle Roar. Gaining ultimate regeneration from a spammable, as well as a more reliable source of the Minor Brutality group buff, from Mountain's Blessing will let that passive actually be used to increase both damage and sustain.
While I am concerned about many of the changes in the PTS patch notes, this is one that I am thrilled to see.
