These sets were per-emptively nerfed last PTS because DOTs were overtuned. I think we can safely push these sets back up to where they were originally since DOTs got neutered and need some incentive to be played around.
Z'ens should go back up to 2%
Azureblight could reduce the tick requirement
Dro'Zakar could go back to 200 weapon damage
Maarselok could up the damage per dot %.
