Seriously, what is with these changes?

Why remove stuff like the only viable stun a lot of classes have with attacks like Dizzying Strike? Why get rid of speed boosts and ruin builds built for it? This really feels like they're just changing *** to change ***, and honestly I'm almost completely done with the game at this point.

ZOS seems hellbent on completely destroying their game.
Or, as they so elequently put it, "they are killing it".

When the Scalebreaker changes (DoT buffs) happened, a lot of PvPers suspected that this was an intentional dumbing down of the combat to cater to the casual playerbase. Never mind that the casual playerbase rarely, if ever, plays PvP in ESO.

But IMO, this mess conclusively proves that there is no direction whatsoever, no design intent, and the changes are only meant to troll and frustrate the playerbase.
Which, to be fair, is one way of improving the horrible performance issues: there will be less lag if a lot of people stop playing.

change for the sake of change, except ridiculously extreme to the point of insanity. Let's nerf aoes by 30% and then again by 60%. and nerf single target dots by 50%. oh, and you have no alternatives. except maybe some expensive spammables.

I hear that the easiest high dps rotation for most people on pts is just element of blockade and then spam forever. that's it. lol.

Before scalebreaker WoE was about 2.5k/s for 3k mag. now on PTS its about 900/s for 5k mag... Meta changes going out with huge swings and such a huge amount of changes they don't even get properly tested/adjusted over the 5 week PTS. I would say there is room for change because PTS just started but last patch didn't change even with large player feedback about dots being too strong since the first week. You can expect 90% of what is in the patch notes to release with maybe minor adjustments if history is any indication. Who knows, I hope I'm wrong
