    (I "blame" @FENGRUSH for scatter shot changes.Once he scater shot devs to death just for the lulz.He aimed for the chest, but seems all arrows land at the wrong place, and all that "wrongplacepain" lead to their personal vendeta we see now)

    Converting ALL hard cc stam skills to "off balance" ones and tell ppl to use heavy attack after....
    I wana see you do this in pvp. 1vX, heavy attacking them to death :D
    You guys, literaly [snip] on the time this players spend to gear up and upgrade this gear.
    On top of that you killed DK too / both stamina and magick.
    Good job. Casuals will be hapy. No one will dizzy swings them to death anymore :D

    There's a famous 1vXer named Kristofer who does this ALL THE TIME. He even explains how to do it in his videos. You don't have to do a "full" heavy attack, either, a medium attack is fine. Also, all you have to do is roll dodge to set people off balance if you have the right CP passive.

    Even medium attack add 1.5 seconds and almost no dmg to your execute rotation. Kris do it with the right set and build/ and there are max 2 variations of it. Do we all need to run same 1 set/2 builds to be "meta" viable ? I`m sure most of the mid lvl pvpers can make a video where they wreck 810 cp pvers in Cyro only spaming heavy attacks. Do this make heavy attack spam style viable agains decent pvp players ? Stuned player cant block. Now first we need to land 1 second "cast" d/swing followed by 1.5 sec medium attack, to get stun. About roll dodge putting ppl off balance. Yes is neat, and its a great addition to roll dodge bulds, because is literaly free. Wana see you roll dodging in heavy armor :D
    Whatever we say, ZoS screw it hard.

    Why do they need to revert it? Did they revert all the nerfs to Destructive Reach? No, they are just going to nerf it even more. If Destruction staff can't have a spammable hard CC that does decent damage, why does 2-Handed need a spammable hard CC that does a TON of damage, even after the latest nerf?

    Would You use destructive reach if it would have higher tooltip but cast time and 7 meters range ? When You play magsorc do You like to cast crystal blast ?

    CC has always been an annoying mechanic - especially in PvP.. If they must put it into the game - it should be sparingly. It gets very old constantly being stunned and knocked around like a rag doll - unable to move while people swarm on top of you like vultures. I've never really liked it and always thought it just made combat more irritating.

    So if they want to start limiting CC I"m all for it. That's music to my ears.

    CC is the necessary evil otherwise everyone lives forever, ESO is very forgiving with immunity compared to other MMOs.

    Yep.

    A long time ago, I used to play some old multiplayer (not MMO) melee/bow combat games with very limited mechanics.
    No stamina bar, no sprint, free roll(dodge). NO GAPCLOSER. :o

    If your opponent decided to flee, and you didn't have a bow to shoot them with, there was no point in giving chase - there was absolutely nothing you could do to limit their mobility and/or increase yours.
    Or infinite rolling, that was also a thing. Roll, roll, roll, roll, roll all day long :D

    In ESO it would be even worse, because of all the available ways that allow players to move very fast.

    You know. Eso feels like they do not know how an mmo works. Like they not have a proper team. As Somebody sooner mentioned. If they cannot rebalance the function. They Just completly remove it.

    Beside. As hard as they try. The communication is still bad. What would cost them to explain. : *guys, considering the latest informations. Yes. we managed to bit make the damage of the dots a bit high. Considering this we would like to roll back the changes and make the dots hit 50% less. With this we make pvp "better", and pve too.

    Beside well. I know i wont get good points for this. But what about a Roadmap? Or making a QA more often.

    If Crystal Blast was uninterruptible like Dizzy and actually worked at melee range, then yeah, I would use it. If you had ever actually tried Crystal Blast, you would know it is almost impossible to hit someone at close range because it won't even fire if they move at all.

    I'll laugh cause I'm having a blast without ever once using dizzy.

    They’re making CC “worth more” as you can see from flame clench and magnum shot. The skills are more for CC less for everything else. With the changes, dizzy swing allows you to do more damage to off balance targets for 7 seconds. Now there is less of a reason to spam the skill and learn to do partial heavy stubs, increasing the skill cap. A game where you have to pop CC break every 7 seconds because CC was so darn common really was not that interesting and heavily favored stam builds as well. Now CC skills that still deal higher damage will be worth relatively more and I’m personally guessing we will see a resurgence of dawn breakers as it CCs and continues to do a lot of damage for its cost. This will also mean you must consistently play really well to kill skilled players because with heals as high as they are you will really need to catch a good opponent off guard to beat them. Personally, I think the best PvPers will actually benefit from this path because the patch focuses on getting CC from off balance and off balance skills do more damage per cost than one-click CC skills.
