No New Furnishing plans???

Please tell me they didn’t just recycle the same Elsweyr furnishing plans into southern Elsweyr with a copy and paste. Every dlc has yielded new plans, hopefully it was just accident omitted from the patch notes.

Konstant_Tel_Necris✭✭✭✭✭From what I saw there even no Achievement Furnisher in city, only Home Goods Furnisher maybe a bug, or he appears later in Dragonguard base, for this time even crown furnishing shows only two new ivy besides of Heart Day items, very disappointing.

✭What I found:
2 new Home Goods items (2 vines)
12 Achievement furnishings (the vendor is unlocked with the Dragonguard line, I just went through item ids until I found them since I don't want to do story stuff on pts)
I did not find ANY other zone furniture in my scan of the item ids. (I do it manually, it is datamining but the old computer friendly version). All I did find was the new Lux items and some new Crown items which are seen in the Russian datamine.
So either they haven't been added yet or...(unthinkable)

✭✭✭✭✭We aren't getting any new furniture plans this DLC, it's pretty clear. Just go look at the zone, 95 % of it is Elsweyr Chapter assets and models reused in this zone. The last 5 % is a few unique items that will appear on the achievement vendor, and some vegetations and specialty items which will appear in the Crown store and the lux vendor.
The fact that Mix didn't find any recipe or item id's in the data also underlines this.
Also, please post your lux item finds, @Mix , at least we will have that to look forward to in this disappointment =p1 -

✭✭I really am hoping ZOS will come on one of these threads and let us know if more furniture will be added over the coming cycles. The Q4 DLC has always delivered a reasonably good selection. Whats on offer at the moment would signify an abandonment of interest by the devs in housing tbh!All my housing builds are available on YouTube

moonsister✭✭✭I was hoping the Elsweyr gong would be craftable. And didnt I see a little dressinfg room/cabin somwhere in Rimmen? Could have been made with dividers though. There was also a display dummy(?) Showing off some basic heavy armor. Complete with sabatons. Not as fancy as in Skyrim though

Blacknight841✭✭✭✭✭They went from producing a chapter, a dlc zone, and 2 dungeon dlcs last year... to a chapter cut in half, a copy and paste dlc, and 2 dungeon dlcs this year. Looks like the dragon burned down more than a few houses in game. With their announcement that next year will be the same, I can only expect more bare bones content. It is unfortunate.
Let’s remember the good old days when they had orsinium in a dlc, came out with a new PvP zone, and released dlc zones with skill lines. The entire focus has gone from what can we put into the game, to what can we get away with putting in the crown store.2 -

At least I won’t have to do any more collecting until 2020. Lol. Maybe in June there may be furnishing plans to collect!

Well the positive spin on this is indeed that I get to save some gold and not stress over new recipes. Every zone chapter or DLC, I always have to burn through a few mils to get all caught up.
On the other hand, it doesn't really outweigh the simple disappointment that we're now down to getting new recipes only once a year, with the newest chapter, not counting the 7 recipes they put on mastercrafter vendor every dungeon DLC. That's really an enormous gap of time in between getting new stuff to craft and use.
1 new racial/zone style to craft every year is an extremely slow pace, especially how few items they put on the mastercrafter vendor every time, not to mention the lux vendor. But hey, we can always count on 10-11 new crown store furnishing packs every year, plus music boxes, plus individual statues and even exclusive furniture put in loot box crates. All of this exclusive to the crown store, of course. It's starting to smell more and more of a move from in game recipes and craftables, to selling more and more stuff directly through their money store.2 -

They scrambled the order of the lux items this time and there doesn't seem to be anything that is wedding themed. So I am snooping around in older id's in case they snuck it in like they did with the Wedding Pergola rather than adding it with the new ids *shrug*
