Subscription Billing Problem

So I just did the subscription to be able to login however the page timed out when returning to the elder scrolls website from paypal.

The subscription has been created and billed despite my supposed 30 days access...

I cannot login as it says I need to choose a subscription yet I have already been billed and the sub created.

Please Resolve this quickly I have logged a call back to billing with the transaction details as the support section said wait times were greater than 1 hour.

    Perhaps I will simply remove the subscription and log a dispute with paypal to obtain a refund.

    As it may be faster than waiting for support

    If a player notices a subscription transaction on their billing statement it is only a temporary pre-authorization to verify the availability of funds in the account. The transaction represents an authorization check against the account provided, and will be removed once the authorization check is complete. Depending on the selected payment option* players should not be billed for a subscription until the 30 days of free access has expired.

    *Players using Webmoney, ideal, PaySafeCard, game time cards and Giropay to set up their subscription plan will see the entire charge applied against their account immediately and the acquired game time will be activated after the initial 30 Days of free game time has run out.

    @ZOS_ChesterNThats great but according to paypal the transaction went through @ $42 and the account section of your website says I still need to choose a subscription which I did when I processed the payment via paypal...

    The transaction does indeed show up on paypal, but atelast in my case, the transaction was cancelled immediately, and no funds were taken/reserved from my linked bank account.
    Early bird gets the worm, but second mouse gets the cheese.

    So still no reply from support fortunately so far the extended day is allowing me to play however I would assume if it is not resolved today then tomorrow I will be unable to login...

    If this occurs then I will cancel the current authorization within my payment gateway. Just a heads up :(

    awesome now I can no longer login as still no reply from support and early access has now expired...

    Just says invalid login

    Also in trying to setup a second subscription the checkout button doesn't work

    same problem here, added a subscription, got the confirmation email, but didnt change the account status, and still cant login
