I love the fact that a lot of sustain sets will be viable due to the cost increase. And PVP has been DOT and Purge fight which hurts lots of build options, so good job!
Also PVE has been too easy for most of contents, this changes will bring more dynamics to the game.
Thank you for the excellent works!

Only thing I dislike is that the stam sorc need more identity. Stam pet seems not enough.

    I don't think that pets are enjoyable playstyle, not with sorcs. who enjoys having two bar slots for each pet filled just to have them active?

    With pets being as crap as they are and the fact that you can reactivate them anyways, might as well have them be permanent pets on single bar. It is not like people can cast pet skill on other bar if it is single bar only. With this kind of crap damage, I feel like it is justifiable because it seems like they want to make "casting" the pet a thing despite increasing cost.

    Nonsense.

    You literally just congratulated the removal of a whole category of viable options from pvp (DoTs), then said now we have more build options.

    It's like if they banned german cars, and then you thank them because you have now many more options to buy american!

    The game will go back to one option - build sustain and CC+DD Burst. With everyone playing piano without having to even care about what the other is doing until their Ult-CC burst window.

    If you believed that "DoT meta" significantly changed play, then you were probably dying to many and all builds. I'm sorry but the DoT created a few new viable builds. It did nothing to eliminating DD burst builds from dominating. It's not like everyone suddenly got more bar-space to add 2-3 dots and could easily rotate in 3 things like that

    The brief DoT meta made for a refreshing change from the usual death recap of perma, subterranean assault, executioner, spin2win, Dawny...

    But oh well, all things move toward their end.

    Content is not easy. Just because 1% of the playerbase can do it.
    On consoles for example you can't switch builds between bosses and trash pulls, you have a plethora of bugs that you have to compensate for if you want your group to succeed. Godslayer is an impossible achievement on consoles and it's a fact. Not with the way vss is bugged (invisible mobs on last boss) and we can't save time by switching gear and builds. Now that they're nerfing damage, the godslayer achievement is just going to be a PC exclusive.
