Now I'm mostly talking about the heal. Before this PTS the heal was actually respectable (though a bit extreme) and I feel like if it was buffed to 50% of the ward's value then it would be a lot nicer. Yes the ward does give you some defense but what good is that defense if you can't heal much. Just putting this out there for people to think on.

Disagree about the solution. Buff the shield strength but leave the heal scaling the same.1
