Clanfear stam heal

Summon Unstable Clannfear (morph):

This morph’s damage now scales off your Max Stamina, rather than Magicka.
Decreased the cost of the special activate to 4500, down from 4808.

Please do not steal a very important pve tank heal from tank sorcerer. This would be the equivalent of saying Green dragon blood no longer exists and is now a stamina dps burst heal. Sorc is one of the few tank classes that can currently compete with the meta DK main tank and is the best off tank imho. If you steal their tank heal they will be dead in the water.

There is a perfectly useless pet skill called "Summon Twilight Tormentor". If you really feel like stamina dps need a stamina scaling pet heal then please give them that overnerfed crap skill instead of taking a crucial skill from another kit.

    Or, give stam sorcs an actual class spammable instead of forcing stam pet sorc as its identity.

    The heal should still be 35% of max health. So it’ll still be useful on a tank. The clannfear will just do damage based on max stamina instead of max magicka. I don’t really see how that hurts a tank. For one, tanks typically have higher stamina than magicka anyways, so this should be a slight DPS increase for them. Secondly, a tank isn’t running the Clannfear for DPS anyways.

    The problem here is, as a tank, spending magick on a heal is ok, burning your stamina to heal, means you drop block and need to heal more. Thats the problem.

    yes id rather they just left it alone and used the worthless tormentor morph since no one is using it.

    It’s not clear to me that the ability actually COSTS stamina though. It may still cost magicka but scale off stamina. That’d be a bit weird, but the patch notes aren’t exactly crystal clear that the ability costs stamina now.

    Actually there is some love for us! They forgot to include change to bound armaments in patch notes.

    It’s not clear to me that the ability actually COSTS stamina though. It may still cost magicka but scale off stamina. That’d be a bit weird, but the patch notes aren’t exactly crystal clear that the ability costs stamina now.

    Waiting for pts to download, if it cost magicka alls good, if it cost stam then its bad.
