Ashamed to give promo heads up to friends any longer

Multiple times now friends / family jumping through so many hoops for promo offers / drops and not only are they not getting them but their tickets are not even being replied to by the automated system.
This is just embarrassing for you as a company really and makes those of us trying to give folks a heads up feel like jerks at the end of the day.
Sort out your promo dept and your customer service dept :(

    Promos like free to play weekends, etc. I know what Coatmagic means. By the time my friends got an account set up, downloaded the game and actually got in game to play, the promo trial was over, or nearly over. I stopped wasting my friends and my time with it anymore.

    Peoples experiences of customer service seem so polarised. I've never had a bad one, you get the automated message back with ticket ID, often a generic spiel then reply get in a human chat and they sort most things rapidly. I've have multiple refunds, items restored, etc etc.

    The only thing I have a challenge is with reporting of cheats, with video footage, seem to go no where.

    Are you talking with CS directly at ZoS or through MS as you seem to play on XboX, if I am right? It is possible that CS work differently depending on platform and how ZoS have set up internal agreement with other companies to handle CS related issues.
