That is a big interruption as well. You must leave the guild vendor area, port someplace, port back and then start shopping again.

Almost as quick (or quicker) or easier to just logout and login, but that is a big time waste just to keep from duplicate purchases. No need for that if they just updated the mail after a purchase that they know will give you mail.

You could use the hi tech method of a notepad and pencil and write down what you bought

I used to keep notebooks and later I moved to spreadsheets to track progress in video games. It is a little annoying but can help keep you sane.

It would be nice to not have to do that, though.

How many are you buying that you can't remember what you bought?

Only a couple these days, but I still buy duplicates at times. "Was that XYZ bows I bought or XYZ boots? Or was it XYX bows?"

I am trying to fill out my motif collections (and recipes) now and that will take quite a while. At least it tells me if I know it, but that is only for what I know, not what I recently bought but haven't learned.

Nevertheless, this is an electronic game and not updating the mail when mail clearly was sent is a poor choice from a player's viewpoint. I shouldn't have to keep a pad of paper to remember in game stuff like this. I don't have merchant things mailed to me after all.

Why can't it just go directly in my inventory as well? I bought it.

Lol what is with the people defending this terrible coding method for the game? It's a totally reasonable request and something that has stupidly been in the game for how many years now?

If we COD something to someone, it gets pushed thru instantly. Why does everything else require a zone change for the mail to be sent?

Maybe skip one crown store cat mount reskin design and have someone tighten up the functionality of the mail system....

Mail from trader purchases have been arriving within moments of purchase for me for a while now. Haven't had to zone to get the goods, just open up the menu and collect the loot. Thought they fixed it for everybody.

I agree with you that it's a nuisance to have to wait for the mail or to have to change zones. Even with a good memory it's still a nuisance.

When you start buying things, a list should pop up with what you have bought from that vendor so you don't double purchase.

Reloadui does not work.

Only a Rezone or a load of a new zone speeds up the mail.

Now, going wayshrine to wayshrine in the same zone does not work, porting from where your standing to a WS in the same zone does work as that reloads the zone. Same with porting to a player. Or going into or out of the Thieves Refuge.
