A couple, actually. The first I've made before, so I won't belabour the point overmuch. My character has a beard. I'd really quite like if it resembled my actual beard, which is longer than the "Slim and Contoured" beard, but not so long as the "Boar's Nest." I'd really like a beard that sits in between, that has some substance (ie. not just painted on), but isn't overly bushy. For reference, see Chris Evans in Infinity War. That's about what the beard should look like. They might just copy the "Veteran with Mini-Chops" and just connect the parts (ie. sideburns to beard, moustache to beard).

The second thing I'd like is a nice winter coat outfit. As it is, there's not really a basic winter coat in any of the gear, and no outfits have the look of a winter coat. I feel cold just watching my character adventuring in Eastmarch or Orsinium.

best chance at a winter outfit is when the Frostcaster stuff comes around again

The winterborn armor style looks like something you'd like, too bad it isn't in the game except from that set as far as I know.

There should certainly be more beard choice. The Boars nest is not long enough to reflect my own, although I sometimes opt for this due to clipping issues (no pun intended) with my outfit. For my beards I tend to use a lovely longer, nord style plaited beard that I got from a crown crate ages ago.

Regarding winter wear, there are actually quite a few options, but you need to acquire them, which may require a purchase via the crown store. Frostcaster is only available during the Winter event each year, as far as I am aware.

Check these out, they have fur lined/trimmed armour for warmth. There may be others but this is off the top of my head...

I have a frost tank that combines several of the above styles to create his look, particularly Frostcaster and Silver Dawn.

Since we're talking about beards, I'd actually like it if they were the same colour as the hair. I mean, top of the head hair. I mean facial hair and top of the head hair should be the same colour. Your beard should be the same colour as your hair.

Dammit, why does the english language use the same word for different things ? In my main language, we have a word for the hair that grows on your head, a word for the beard, and a word for the rest of the body hair, sometimes qualified with an adjective to explicitely mention a given body part. You guys use "hair" way too indiscriminately ^^'

Many languages make distinctions that English does not but I wish it did although I think the opposite is also true in cases! :)

As to hair color, I think it would be ideal if hair, eyebrow and facial hair colors could be chosen separately. That way, they could be identical if desired but one could alternatively pair dark eyebrows with light hair, for instance. Also, I have observed that beards are not always the same color as head hair: the beard may go white/gray first and some blondes have redder beards.

Yeah they could use more in-between lengths. And a single braid option with more hair could work.

cq5dam.web.1200.675.jpeg. I came close to recreating this look long ago, except for the beard. And the ponytail.

I've seen those sets, yes. The thing is, most of them have one problem or another that makes them unappealing.
The Nord armour is very open at the neck, and most of it has short sleeves.
The Orc armour is not bad, but is also pretty open at the neck, and is very clearly armour.
The Skinchanger set is pretty good, but has that big plate in the middle of the chest, which is kind of ugly.
Frostcaster looks good, but I can't get it.
I've actually been considering getting the Silver Dawn motif, but it's so absurdly expensive, I'm not paying $50 for it.
    Same for the Huntsmen set.

But, who knows what may come along. I'd thought perhaps a costume might fit the bill. We'll see what, if anything, they do.

If you really wanted to recreate that look would probably need better quality textures.

I agree silver dawn is way too over priced. But its not $50, at least not in the EU Crownstore. Its 5k crowns if I recall, so I think that is about £10 - £15... not sure on the conversions, but even this is over priced.

I had to wait what felt like ages for Frostcaster, it was worth it when it arrived as I love it. I imagine it will be available again this winter, so not too long to wait...

I forgot Malacath! Cant believe I forgot this, it provides some more decent options with furry goodness which I have certainlyn made use of... the pics arnt that clear but all those green trims are fur.

Malacath is another with short sleeves (or NO sleeves)... I'm Canadian, so I'm used to colder weather, but I still want sleeves!
