I mean there are plausibly hundreds, to, thousands of reasons why they may not be engaged in pvp as of yet... the whole "Go, go, go!" mentality in a pvp zone often leads to more defeats versus setting aside time to prep, make sure you have what you need and be ready for any and everything to happen. There are many reasons for base, keep or outside stealth camping. Cyrodiil is controlfreaks heaven. You can make emps or campaigns for example. Camping may prevent low pop bonus for example or ... use your imagination

If this were a court of law, sure, and I'd be getting paid for it. But this isn't a court of law, and I don't do love jobs.
Happens in every faction. Stick around one of the gates for a while, watch it happen. Often the same pricks who run up to a flagged keep and hide next to the wall to leech a tick.2 -

If people comparing hats in IC bothers you because of the pop limit, you should direct your anger at ZOS who designed that limit.4 -

AD would argue that Team Purple is real. I've met people that play on DC convinced that Team Orange is real. We've gotten the **** kicked out of us the last 2 or 3 campaigns, but we'd never work with either of the other teams for any reason.
