So i was just chillin with my bro on pts.. and I noticed vigor was super nerfed..
like having 5k weapon damage only put it up to 13k heals.... over 4 seconds..The single target vigor...
I know it's PTS and it's not the final change to the game.. but uhh...Let that go live and see how many people switch to magica...
Just in case I am going to make magica build ...
Hmmm and yet zos keeps releasing lots of magica sets in the new patches... hmm....i wonder...
EDIT: I was an idiot...I just now opened up my character and noticed that the pts wasn't updated to my current build on live... and so my magica was still at a full 64 instead of my stamina....
This is a facepalm worthy post...
