Feeding my horse + inventory space

With the banking bug, why are we forced to have at least 9 empty spaces in our inventory so we can feed our horse?

I have 2 horses and when I was able to feed the first horse with no problem, but when I went to switch between horses so I could feed the other, I got the message saying I needed 9 more free spaces.

I should be able to switch between my horses even with a completely full inventory. This is especially true with the vile banking bug that many of us have had to endure.

Because if you fed the first horse for more bag slots and you swap out the horse, you lose the bag slots. So, if you have a full inventory, you must first clear out enough space to make up for those slots you lose from swapping out the first horse. If they didn't do this people would buy a bunch of horses and just stack inventory slots.

It has nothing to do with the banking bug.

I guess that makes sense. I wish they would explain things better.

I know feeding horses is not directly related to the bank bug, but the lack of inventory space is directly related to the bank bug.

The lack of inventory when switching mounts has nothing to do with a bug, simply put if you have horse A and have 20 extra slots on it, and then switch to horse B who has no extra slots, then you lose access to the extra slots on horse A until you switch back to horse A. The extra slots are associated with horse A and nothing else. Hope this clears up any confusion.

You missed the point.

It's the banking bug that is causing my lack of inventory space because now I have to carry more of my stuff with me rather than putting it in the bank.

Anyway, feeding our horses is only possible in the stable's store. So there is no reason that we can't feed all of our horses in that interface without affecting our storage amounts.
