Racial balance for Stamina classes could use some improving. Do you plan on addressing this?
Yes, this is planned for a future update.

Not knowing the details yet on how stamina racials will change...If Orc is a targeted race please consider a touch of magic. I'm not talking about bis magicka race, just a small perk.

A few lore examples I found
They often excel as adventurers and legionnaires in the Imperial Legion. This is not to say that they cannot wield magic, however. Certain Orsimer, such as Urag gro-Shub, have gone on to be successful mages, finding employment at such places as the College of Winterhold.

Sorcerer, shaman, witchcraft, & mage Orc lore can be found/mentioned. Maybe a lore scholar has some better insight,..& what magicka racial perk would fit lore/combat balance?

Just make them the stamina equivalent of Altmer.

For example, instead of +1000 health and 300 health regen, give them 200 magicka regen (since Altmer get 200 stamina regen). It makes no sense lore-wise, but racial lore was thrown out the window with the last racial update.

Or just take 129 weapon damage away from them. Leaving them with 129.

How come? A few minutes searching I found info on Orc Sorcerer, Shaman, Witchcraft, & Mage.

The exception is not the rule. Racial passives should represent the average Joe of the race and not the rare exceptions. This is because the purpose of having racial passives is to convey information about the game's world by letting the player feel it first hand. Nords have Archmage Shalidor, who is one of the most impressive mages in Tamriel history and yet the average Nord is suspicious of magic and not very talented. That's why Nords shouldn't have boni to magicka.

The idea behind racial passives is that these are traits shared by all members of the race, regardless of talent and personal factors. Shalidor had frost resistance like every other Nord, and if he had been an Altmer, he would have probably had an easier time wielding magic.

On the exact topic of the Altmer stamina return making no sense lore-wise. ZOS explained it through the use of Alteration magic, which is absolute nonsense as any race can use Alteration magic, meaning that Bretons would be able to get stamina returned just the same. That explanation makes no sense at all whatsoever. The other point is about there not being any precedent for Altmer being very sturdy or good with heavy weapons, unlike Orcs who actually have shamans and witches -about one in every stronghold.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

I’d actually be ok with something like that. Magicka regen is useful to a lot of stamina builds. Maybe just a small bit of health like 300 health+200 magicka regen instead of 1000 health and 300 health regen. That way it wouldn’t be as leverageble for PvE dps and PvP would still be in a great spot.

Good points, I suppose I'm less of a lore purist. If a combat style is possible within the lore it should reflect that possibility in our hero's racials imo.
