Hello everyone.
Just a quick question: Does Timeless Blessing buff from Asylum Resto reduces the cost of Cleanse (Purge morph)? I suppose so because it is ineed a healing skill, but I'd rather ask.
Sorry for bothering, doing some offline theorycrafting and can't log in to test it myself.
