As far as we know PC and Stadia players will be able to play together. We don’t know how it will work but at least we’ll play mixed.

I’m guessing but maybe it means that you won’t be able to transfer the cartoon or maybe just the achievements, houses or similar.

Yeah, I agree the mspoweruser article reads weird. It answers questions without providing any sources.
And I'm not at all arguing with Stadia being a nightmare for users with data caps. I'm sure they'll be struggling with selling their subscriptions for that reason. But we shall see. Matt says game runs fine. Sure...3 -
