Seriously. NOT A SINGLE ONE of the last dozen or so ticket submitted got a meaningful reply until several back-and-forths. It is like the support team never ever bothers to read past first ten words, if that.
It doesn't feel like the first one gets read by a person.
Usually after I reply with a "Thank you, but that didnt solve my problem. My problem is X. Please address my problem," I get a response that sounds like someone actually read it and provided a relevant response. It still might not solve it, but it's at least pertinent to the problem.
Call it "Customer Service via weeding out anyone who doesnt care enough to replay to a useless email."
