How do I know which seal I've already closed? The quest info only says 4/9.
Is there a way to narrow down everything? The quest map does not delist found time breaches.

If you don't mind "cheating," there's an add-on called Map Pins that will show both the locations and whether you've completed them or not.2 -

You could use Harven's Custom Map Pins (you make a key bind in Controls>Add on) and mark that spot before you interact with Portal to seal it. That pin can be with different colour for which you have sealed or/and a tooltip that will show when you hover with your cursor above pin. I think there where some pre-defined Custom Pins that you could that somebody made for this add on to show Psijic portals that can be imported.

[edit] You probably need to also use Votan's Cartographer to be able to add pin through a key bind.
