Summarize A Faction (Poorly)

Right here's how this works. Write a terrible summary of a faction or group and then stick the name of that group in a spoiler. See if you can guess the groups/factions without looking at the spoiler.

I'll start.

A bunch of grouchy Dunmer stick-in-the-muds who are so serious about being serious they are in fact comical.

Because some guy couldn't accept losing a war, he screamed and threw a temper tantrum until his people gave up their most powerful ability (because that's supposed to help them win future wars I guess), then went and lived on a mountain and started an order and a religion about not speaking.
