Hi everyone, the crash you all have been experiencing is likely one that started with the most recent incremental patch. The good news is we already have a fix in testing, but the bad news is it's not something we're able to hotfix; it will be published with the next incremental patch on Monday.
Why does "The Good News" feel like an obvious bluff from ZOS. Crown store has an error and the server is offline within minutes. Game is literally unplayable (not even talking about lag) because of crashed that occur every 10 min and we have to wait 1 full week. Please define good news.
Take your responsibility as a company serving your costumers. This is outright disgusting.

magictucktuck✭✭✭✭✭I mean I hate feeling like a white knight but I just don't like bad arguments.. the crown store issues like typos and adding/removing items are easy fixes... that's why they get fixed right away. half the population crashing every 30 minutes isn't fixing a typo.. yeah they should fix it, but comparing it to the fixing the crown store right away isn't a good argumentEdited by magictucktuck on August 21, 2019 2:58PM4 -

I agree. But I think comparing 10 min for a crown store issue and 3 days until an official statement and 7 days until a fix for server wide disconnects reasonable to make to comparison.3 -
