Same deapon-damage Glyphs on two weapons?

Do same weapon-damage glyps on two weapons (defensive-bow and infused-2h) make sense for a better up-time, or is there a global cooldown for each type of glyph?

Ash_In_My_Sujamma✭✭✭✭✭It's a global cd. Also same glyphs don't stack. Best thing you can do is try to get used to bar swaping often and procing your glyph with a light attack or a weapon ability.1 -
