Wondering if anyone who actually work support in this game will respond considering the fact that this quest is bugged and is impeding progress in the Reaper's March area for many players who are stuck waiting to complete this quest

You put in a request for them and they send you their generic relog to try to fix it message. I replied and told them their fixes don't work and I wanted to know if it was being addressed soon. No reply.

My advise, only at night or in the morning and build raidgroups and explain how it works ...again..again..again...
