Can't login to support (Login Failed)

Hello, I can not log in exactly on the support account, the "My Account" normally logs in.
I get an error Login Failed.

Is this issue back again?

I am trying to log-in to support but I keep getting the same error message as OP. I can log into my in-game account and the store account just fine.

Yeah, I still have the same issue. I tried using Firefox with and without adblocker, Edge without adblocker and also tried it on mobile (iOS) but I have the same issue on all of them. I even changed my password but still no dice. Pretty strange because I was able to log in about 3-4 days ago.
