My Iron Atronach is gone and support has yet to get back to me

When I logged in last Saturday, I discovered, to my surprise, that my Iron Atronach target dummy is gone. I have checked all possible locations, it is not in any of my character's inventory, storage containers, banks nor any houses. I have also checked the retrieve tab of all my houses and could not find it.
I have opened a support ticket for three days and no one has replied to me yet.
