Best way to level BS

I'm level 7 atm and I'm making the highest level of items possible with the most steel ingots that I can and the bar moves so slightly for each piece I make, I was wondering if there is any trick or special way to level Blacksmithing

    AFAIK you level by breaking down stuff, not making it, But needs to be loot or crafted by somebody else

    I'm levellin through decunstructing all the dropped loot (except ornate and a few pieces to research) and it's enough to craft VR1-3 stuff at level 44. Crafting stuff and trading it with someone else to deconstruct (see here) is too cumbersome for me :smiley:
