Can we get an official statement please? Servers are back but it looks like nothing changed for the better.
Some friends just logged on and told me that it says "None hired" for my guild now. Yesterday I received 7 Guild Trader bid won mails, it showed a trader for us in the guild finder and on the guild info page, even though we didn't have access to our shop there.. My members are more than just sad about this, we worked really hard for that spot. There are still random guilds on top spots, more random guilds hiring "free" traders right now. What happened? And what's up with all the gold some GMs received, it's still there?? It was way more than they should have gotten from the refund, this is not okay and will destroy the economy.

ZOS has always been late with statements but now could be a great time to show us that they care. If it stays like this I won't be the only one to quit the game. This silence we received after maintenance from ZOS regarding the issue is pathetic.
It's not like nobody warned ZOS. It's not like people didn't already mention that PTS could never replicate possible issues which server can have on live, with this disgrace we call "multi-bidding system."
These issues got even called out one hour before trade week reset and everybody knew at that point that things will go horribly wrong. Chat lag appeared. Cyrodiil issues once again. Endless loading screens. Pick your favorite.
For this Gina responded that guild history got closed and "these issues are being looked at." And that's it?
I was standing at zone and staring the point where one of my guild trader was supposed to land. When I realized that guild tabards were entirely gone and traders were free to hire, I got lucky and managed to re-hire a trader for one guild of mine, to location where it was exactly supposed to land.
Second guild landed successfully in intended zone, so I guess I was lucky with that one.
However I was completely out of luck with third guild of mine. Guild page already said that I got the trader hired from intended location, but when I arrived to the zone and saw the trader without any tabard, the game UI at hiring window said that I can not hire the trader, because game believed I already got that spot. So I had to watch how completely random person walked there and hired the spot for their almost empty guild.
21 "You won the trader bid" mails in the inbox, Tamriel Jackpot gold in the bank and after the maintenance only one thing changed: My third guild UI window finally said that we have no trader hired, so I managed to find one free spot which was still empty and hired that one.
Please remove the extra billions of gold which this broken system generated to the game at Sunday evening.
Dear devs, are you going to ever address this disaster we had to go through at PC EU server?

They'd be MUCH better off at least saying "Hey guys, we're putting together the official statement, thank you for your patience" before letting it explode into a group of rabid angry players8 -

✭PC EU has been pretty bad for a long time; Im glad I decided to go NA some time ago. The guilds are better imo, performance is much better, and now no problems with guild bidding either. Only drawback is higher ping, but the that's a small price to pay.0 -

Gina just posted that they are still investigating, that's not enough.. they had 18+ hours already and not even a single word what exactly they are going to do to fix this issue was published yet.
Do keep in mind that of those 18+ hours, it started on a Sunday afternoon in NA and a good portion of those hours is nighttime in NA. If this had to get bucked up to the higher-ups, they probably didnt seriously start talking ramifications until Monday morning.
Its not like we're talking 18+ hours during a weekday workday.4 -

I know I told you, the night before, that it was going to be a tough one this week @Banshee1505 . But even I didn't expect ZOS to have messed it up this badly. I'm sorry for you, and the other GMs, that it played out this way.
I, and the other VTs and members of other guilds, appreciate all of the hard work that our GMs put in. Even if ZOS doesn't.

iris56✭✭✭EU players, you have my sympathies. I'm not even personally affected by this because I'm not on EU, but the lack of communication and steps to right this is appaling. It throws away all the hard work people have put into making money, which is a huge part of this game. ZOS, please take this seriously and make it right for those on the EU server.6
