Favorite Memory of ESO So Far?

My favorite memory is pretty simple but it always brings me back no matter how long of a break I take.

I remember in BETA I knew I wanted to be part of DC so in Beta I played every class up to the ending of Betnikh but never finished it to go to Daggerfall as I didn't want to "spoil" anymore of the game for myself.

So when the game came out and I finished Betnikh, my favorite memory is walking off that boat and just looking at what looked like a gigantic walled city with towers everywhere. The sun was out with a nice glare and I just remember thinking "This really does look so beautiful!!! I could live here..". I always remember the feeling of excitement when I look back on it and sometimes I just run down to the docks in Daggerfall to "relive" it.

That really hooked me into the game and keeps me going, the scenery at some spots in this game is just amazing.

Same thing: fondest memory of my first Betaweekend. Before I knew what ***** I would get myself into that we call ESO now...

When Lyris father, Gjalder, tells Lyris that he gave his seed to her mother without thought for her safety and that the reason he could not look at Lyris and the reason that he, during her entire childhood, was cold and distant to her, was because he loved her just as he loved her mother and that Lyris reminded him of her... why would that make him cold and distant during her entire childhood?! Anyway, very nonsensical, but very memorable, think for the same reason actually.

Fighting a streamer in a 1v1 stam dk v stamdk in open world. The fight was damn near even with him on a 2h and biw build while I was on a s&b and 2h build. He ended up LoS accidentally behind a rock, but 2 mins after that I beat him. I was very trash before then but after that I felt confident in fighting anyone with my character.

Before One Tamriel. When i reached Fort Virak in the Stonefalls questline, i saw a bridge past it going northwest. I looked at the map, seeing it went to Skyrim, and had an "OH COOL" moment. When i loaded into The Rift and walked up the road a ways, i received a firm handed notice that i had left my lvl15 land of teddy bears via a bypass directly into the land of lvl45 bullies. I knew then this game had some tough areas and i needed to level.

I also had a lesson from a guy on the zombie beach at Sentinel. I had gotten the idea that you can farm those zombies for PURPLE GEAR which was super duper good... He ran into me and taught me the importance of gear sets, skills to use, weapons etc. At the time, i had already reached like Vet Lvl 4.

Then there was the time i got invited to my first guild by the guy i tried selling a Malachite to.

Whenever I do the main quest and fighters/mages guild quests I remember how tough the game initially was. I forget her name now but the chick you'd fight as part of the initial fighters guild quest.. she was sooo tough back in the day!!!

TBH I love how it is now bc I'm such a casual but I'm glad I got to experience life before all the changes.

When I started to be a decent PvPers(magdk) after beeing farmed by everyone everyday two years ago.

The satisfaction when you finally master your class after all the pain in PvP is top tier.

I can't wait to get to this point!!! I loved BG's leveling to 50 but since I'm almost 50 I need to get ready to grind gear. Thankfully I have the 160cp already so I'll be able to equip good stuff.

I levelled my first toon from launch without any guides or websites to help - I wouldn’t even Google ESO.

I wanted my ESO experience to be just myself and what I could discover playing the game.

I was probably laughed at a lot without hearing it but the sense of exploration and discovery was amazing. I had no idea what was down a path or what anything did.

I miss that a lot. I’ve played ever since and sometimes I feel like I know the game too well.

The game back then seemed to have an innocence to it, as well. That is long gone.

My favorite ESO memory is that time they implemented a new feature/skill/class/system/whatever without thorough testing and it blew up the whole server. Luckily, I get to relive my favorite ESO memory about every 3 months.

That time I bid for 3 guilds lost them and made 2,7 million gold off of it.

Although the real answer is probably exploring the game with my RL friend who is a huge Skyrim nerd for the first time.
She unsurprisingly basically made a b-line for Riften and then Windhelm xD

I think... well there are a lot of good memories. But all of them are far, FAR in the past.

Like I still remember when at level 30 - something, I unlocked WW on my main (back then it was my only character). And the Zones where levelled back then, pre-one Tramiel. I got WW in the "classic" way. You know, got bitten by a special rare WW NPC. The WW quest and the 1st time as a Werewolf in this game... I think I think it is one of the best & most memorable experience.

There are some others too, like wining PvP Campaign and making the "perma-winning" night capping faction lose. Was awesom too.
Beating main quest & Molag Ball ? Sure. Good memories.

But none of them I think come close to unlocking WW for the 1st time. Best memories so far.

My favourite memories are too many to number. Seeing the thieves guild and dark brotherhood guild places and doing their quest lines was very exciting for me. The beautiful views allover in Eso, Hews Bane has some lovely views. My first home and housing in general being introduced was exciting. All the festivals. I loved the end of the main quest line fighting to get Molag Bal and you end up picked up and I love the voice at the dolmens.
