ESO Startup on Steam: Windows Cannot Find vcredist_x64_2015.exe Error Message

I know Windows 10 did a update on my machine yesterday or the day before, but when I startup ESO I get this error message. Actually, it comes up twice.
So far it seems harmless and does not impede my game play (lucky me).
