✭✭Personally, I only ever used it in PVE as a utility skill and when it hits on console's I will be sad to see it go down to 8 seconds. Just wished they would have left one morph version at 30 seconds but only work for the caster and the other morph be 8 seconds but for the group. Never used the skill in PVP area's as the cost was too high for both stamina and magicka characters.1 -

They did read your post. They offered suggestions for skills that work similarly.
Just because they maybe don't agree with your view of an "issue" doesn't mean they didn't read what you said.
You just want them to feel the same angst as you over this change and you're bent out of shape because they didn't give you a response that feeds that desire, so you just assume that they posted without first reading what your problem is.
(Your overly-obsessive need to spam an ability "almost every minute of the game" (even in your house??) is not a huge issue.)

Because their response suggests they didnt read. If they did, they would realize their comment was needless. There is a difference between reading and "reading". I dont care if people agree or disagree with my "issue". I dropped a note with my issues for management to consider. As I mentioned previously...so you also didnt read. If you have nothing nice to say you should probably just move along....1 -

Before the recent idiotic change, Rapids was never relevant as a mobility skill in actual PvP combat, precisely because its effect would end immediately upon entering combat.3 -

It was too OP in PVP but didn't really impact in PVE except for making it much less time-consuming and frustrating travelling between objectives.

✭✭✭✭✭What do these changes tell you?- ZOS does not intend it to be used on a permanent basis - just accept that.
