Ever since the latest patch went live, whenever I am in a BG match my empowering chains will not pull me towards my target. I've tested outside of BGs and it works fine. The major expedition still get's applied and I assume the empower does too but I can 100% say that every BG match I played in I am not pulled toward my target even after the animation is played. Am I the only one having this problem?
