Just installed patch, gap closer on empower chains is not working at all.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Just remorphed to the chains that pull and that doesn't work either.

Sure that the enemy couldn't be pulled for some reason? Chains were working as always on my tank a few hours ago.
(Referring to the pulling morph, not the gap closer.)

Good change for PvP chain spamming from a zerg shouldn't be a thing, please leave it as it is

Just to chime in, the pull morph does not work in PvP either. When it hits an enemy player, it just briefly stuns them without moving them, even when used on flat ground.
