    u can still animation swap u just need to train harder >:3 and yes im talking about deathstroke/dawnbreaker :D

    It's understandable for undodgable, ranged, AoE skills to have a cast time. It's guaranteed they land the hit.

    But melee range, dodgable skills, especially single target, having a cast time makes little sense.

    Where is risk vs reward, if a ranged ult from 28 meters can't be missed, while at point blank range an ult can dodged and has a delay?

    Yeah It works sometimes but most of the time my target simply WALKS OUT OF RANGE if I try to use Soul Harvest on the move. But there are also good sides of this, potatoes I used to mash are still as easy to kill - no difference here, but now they have much harder time to use it on me :)

    I think this is right way to go and ALL ultimates should have such cast time ;););)
    I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.

    Dawnbreaker originally had 0.5 sec uninterrupted cast time until they changed this with Imperial City update

    High damage aoe stun ults like Dawnbreaker never should have been cancelled in the 1st place. I was able to completely obscure the animation from my opponent which is ******* broken!

    Nearly every other ult gives people time to react, adjust, counter, etc. the d Dawnbreaker just encouraged button mashing

    Remember other ults that couldn’t be obscured with AC were directly disadvantaged by those that could. It’s the same thing with changed skills being disadvantaged by canceled skills. There is a reason Flurry isn’t heaviliy used be something like Veiled Strike or even Dizzy swing and being able to cancel is a big part of that.

    You shouldn’t be able to obscure high damage skills that stun if you care anything about balance

    If people could make ice comet invisible and obscured like the old Dawnbreaker people would flip out.

    Its funny seeing people say ALL ults should have cast times.

    What would happen if all ults were reduced to be melee range only, dodgable and single target; In addition to having a cast time?

    They would rage until the forums melted.

    That's what the situation is for some classes and ults.

    The cast time change is a terrible step if balance was the goal.
