Think of the race to get the highest score in VMAW with Necro DPS for example, now they can just buy all the skill lines and not put any work into the character. Makes it more boring and P2W. Or first Necro emp for example was a big thing. Buy all the skill lines for an instant edge against your opponents. It's not quite P2W. But it's definitely Pay to get an edge and I'm not a fan.II Blinkin II

✭✭✭✭✭I think Alliance and Undaunted probably could have been priced higher. There are playstyles that essentially exclude the content that those lines are linked to and those players would pay 5k at least for those two.
Fighters, Mages, Psijic seem priced appropriately for skill lines that are relatively easy, but potentially boring and lengthy.
Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild and Legerdemain are priced a bit high. I was assuming under 1000 crowns each for those. I'm sure some people will still buy them, but the market for a buyer for those skill lines when already having them unlocked is a requirement seems very slim.1 -

Good thing for you is that you still have the option to grind out the skill line in-game ... without being out crowns.
Think of it as an convenience you don’t have to pay for.

That's the important fact - you have to complete the skill line on one alt, say your main alt, before you can buy it for other alts.
So I could take one of my low level alts, say level 12, and buy Undaunted/Fighters/Mages/Psijic skill lines, and have quite an advantage in below level50 pvp. I'm really wondering if this is fair.
Remember though we are to blame for this. So many times have I read in the Forums about the repeated grind for Mages or Undaunted when players are levelling new characters. ZOS just gave us what we asked for.

Bear in mind that below level 50 PvP is the easiest route to the Emperor title. Been there - done that. I can see players spending real money to get a competitive advantage.
I agree that it's quite sad, but remember PvP is the most competitive part of the game.1 -
