Some pve tank builds uses Lord, if have a bit low hp due to gear/race combo. It is nice to hit the sweetspot or comfort zone, when needs..

Many reasons.
First and general one, it will break non cp Cyro and BG`s.
Usualy at low lvl ppl dont stack impen. In low lvl BG take days to kill heavy armor build/ even with no self heals/ because of broken scalling / i mean resource + mitigation capped. We dont need healers or tank with 35k mits and 3k impen in BG`s or non cp. I join BG to have fun for like 10-15 min, dont wanna spend then all, trying kill one person...

Yes, a drivable ram is what we need. It would be so awesome. If we also could place a Coldharbour ballista on the roof to let us have panzerkampfwagen battles PVP would be revitalised. Exactly what ESO needs.
