The new destructive clench morph for lightning staves seems to be buggy.
Lightning clench has a 36% higher tooltip than Fire clench and Frost clench - which doesn´t make a terrible lot of sense.

I´ve just tested between live and pts.
It seems like shock clench got a 17% increase on it´s initial hit dmg compared to live instead of a 17% decrease like the morphs for frost and fire staves.
That does not seem intentional from my perspective unless i´ve understood some patchnotes wrong.

Reduced the base cost to 2700 from 4050.
Reduced the initial hit damage by approximately 17%, but increased the DoT by approximately 167% per tick.
This ability no longer grants additional bonuses depending on the staff you are using.
This ability now gains 1.1% damage in rank for the entire ability.
Reduced the range to 15 meters from 17 meters.
Destructive Reach (morph): This morph retains the unique functionality for each elemental staff type you choose, but no longer deals damage over time. Flame Clench knocks the target back and stuns them for the duration; Frost Clench Immobilizes the target. Shock converts the attack into an AoE explosion, and deals our AoE damage standard.
Destructive Reach (morph): This morph increases the range to 28 meters and reduces the cost to 2430 at Rank IV."

Oh yeah must have overread that.
Strange that it doesn´t adhere to the aoe cost standard though.
Or that the other two elemental version don´t adhere to singletarget CC dmg standards.
This whole standardisation system seems like a mess.

Let's see your tooltip with clench with the master resto, the only buff I had up in that screenshot is food. No major sorcery or anything.
