    My friend had the same problem. He fixed it by abondoning the arena quest.

    It's been buggy all day. I got disconnected mid way through one run already. I've been teleporting all around the arenas due to desync. My abilities only fire like 50% of the time. And so on.

    I can't get the quest back. Finished it, I've waited 20 mins and no new quest.

    You need to reset that arena by porting out and changing difficulty in group window to normal and back to veteran.
    Eso since Xbox launch and switched over to pc 1/2019.
