Imperial City sewers entrance

Pardon my silly question. I didn't enter TESO for a while, and I'm doing with a new character. I am trying to enter Imperial City by sewers as I did in the past, but the entrance now is blocked by debris? You can now enter the Imperial City directly through the Alliance War menu without having to enter Cyrodiil at all.

Go to Campaigns, and you will see a CP and No CP option for Imperial City.

Don't know if is better or worse because before was connected by Cyrodiil, but anyway this way is definitely faster to reach. Thanks for your help!
