i would like to inform you that the quests :
Challenge the Tide - can´t use the horn
Ritual of Anguish - can´t place the skull
are bugged.
Can someone confirm this ?

Both these worked for me since the patch.Veteran Dark Elf Nightblade initially working for the Ebonheart Pact.

Ritual of Anguish is still bugged for me, I can't kill the Orc I'm supposed to.
Tried to relog several times (4 exactly) after switch of character / logoff, but the issue is the same.Edited by gtclm67b16_ESO on April 9, 2014 9:22AM1 -
Same here. I tried the logout/login method 4 times and, unfortunately,it didn't work for me. The flaming skull keeps being on the altar, as if someone's already put it there, thus preventing me to activate it. Ok guys, I've been at the altar 10 minutes ago and it looks like they fixed this quest (ritual of anguish) with the last mantainance. Playing on EU megaserver.0
