Challenge the Tide and Ritual of Anguish - bugged

Hello,

i would like to inform you that the quests :

Challenge the Tide - can´t use the horn
Ritual of Anguish - can´t place the skull

are bugged.

Can someone confirm this ?

I was able to place the skull after relogging. However i can not use the horn.

still bugged 3 days later.. they need to get on these quest bugs asap.

Both these worked for me since the patch.

I had to relog a couple times for each one to get the item to be clickable in the world.

Ritual of Anguish is still bugged for me, I can't kill the Orc I'm supposed to.

Tried to relog several times (4 exactly) after switch of character / logoff, but the issue is the same.

Same here. I tried the logout/login method 4 times and, unfortunately,it didn't work for me. The flaming skull keeps being on the altar, as if someone's already put it there, thus preventing me to activate it. Looks like I'll have to wait for the next patch.

Ok guys, I've been at the altar 10 minutes ago and it looks like they fixed this quest (ritual of anguish) with the last mantainance. Playing on EU megaserver.
