On a more serious note though i still haven't really met any npc characters that are worse than me. That said i still have a crap ton of content and characters to meet so i may actually meet my soulmate and i'll say this now some of the wispmothers know how to party.
Ok on an actual serious note i have no idea but out of the characters i've met i'd say M'aiq the scum sucking teet sucker stole my sweetrole. I would put merchants, guild vendors and such NPCs close up there too, since the put a lot of crap for you to possibly steal right next to themselves, hoping you will click on it instead of them so they can split the fee with the guard and make far more gold that way!PC
