Many core combat abilities such as Sprint, Dodge, Bash, and bar swapping can fail to occur if cast within 100ms of activating an ability. This is under investigation with high priority, and we’re working on getting it fixed as quickly as possible.

✭I was in vCR+3 for 2 hours last night, everytime I tried to bar swap cancel a skill ( I'm very use to it don't worry ) it wouldn't work, wouldn't barswap or cast the skill.
On the PTS I did a parse last night and I did hit it a few times but less than live, maybe it's a different issue... but I do still hit it and agree it's worse in PvP whether it's lagging or not.Jodynn PC NA
